Ingredients:
- 1 cup Green Tea
- Lemon
- Ginger
- Raw honey
Steps:
- Brew tea with near boiling water (the ideal temperature for green tea is 160-180°F, depending on the type of tea). Allow to steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Add lemon, ginger, and honey to taste.
- Sit back and relax.
